A couple of days ago I got my 360 back from repair and I go to download the Turok demo and it says that I am not allowed! I was furious. I checked the parental settings and they all say allowed to everything. For god's sake I am 17 years old and Im legally allowed to buy M rated games yet I cant download them! I am paying $50 a year for live and I can't even download demos that I want to try out. This is ridiculous. Is there anyway to fix this or change this or is this permanent?

I want to say I've seen that message before. But my box isn't doing it right now (turok demo dl'ing as I post this).

You have to be 18 to download M Rated games cuhz by 18, you can promote ur acc to an adult account.

or if you add a credit card under ur name you can download M demos

yeah :(,have to be 18 buddie,sorry.....ima have that problem for about 2 months,ill be 18 in may and im getting my 360 in marchish

not true im 19 and have this problem

its something with xbox live

you might have to make a new account

cuz i dont know how to fix it

ive tried everything

it wont let me download M rated videos or demos =[

I'm 14 and it works fine for me, probably because i said i was 20. You might have to make a new account.

i had live since relesae and always able to download games (said im Over 18)....now, i cant; not even turning point (Teen)!!!!!!!

lucky the age in Australia is 15 max, but i actually saw the first R rated game i have ever seen in my life. it was a demo...cant remember the game though
