Madden 10 Superstar mode worse than 09?

Is it just me, or does the Superstar mode in Madden 10 feel extremely unsatisfying? I mean, really all it seems to be so far is a position lock mode. 09 appeared to have a lot more to offer via point systems on field, and just seemed to be deeper all around. Seems disappointing considering it was the bg innovation last year and now it's kind of an afterthought. Even stranger considering it wasn't cut back to make room for anything, the online mode is DLC.

I totally agree. In fact, I found this post doing a google search to see if I am missing something in '10. No feedback on how you did in the game. Did the coach/management love me or hate me? No ability to change agents. The only thing an agent interaction can do will give you a "big ego" rating. Very empty and hollow. I like Superstar because it amounts to a quick hit of football, but I am wishing I had kept '09 just for that mode. In a game where everything else seems vastly improved, Superstar is a real sour note.

i dont know but if they redid it to a point like be a pro in NHL09 or 10... im sold day one.
