Madden 2009 FREEZING

hi everybody,

i own madden 2009 over here in Ireland and see that the dam thing keeps freezing in franchise mode, cant even save the game now. Thought I was the only one, my friends are having the same problem...

i see the ea forums are littered with this problem but I couldnt find anything about it on gamespot.

just wondering if people are having this problem, and what they think?

im aware of the patch coming out to try deal with the problem but im a little skeptical.

also wondering what the gamespot boys think?

anyway i think the whole thing stinks of a barrel of ****

apparently its happening to all maddens, i returned my disc but to no avail....

Yeah this happens to me too, i think im gonna exchange it for a new one and hope it doesnt do it again. But the problem is my mom bought it at Costco for 50 bucks, do you guys think i can exchange it at eb games for a new one or not.

dunno how it works in the states but here as long as you have your receipt your fine.

anyone have any ideas when the patch is coming out?
