MAJOR Glitch on Fallout 3 this stinks!!! Help

So I just uploaded this video on youtube a short while ago and can anyone explain how to fix this or is it ruined?

It happens every now and then on the other saves too. I just returned it and got a new one so I'm happy now. Just thought it was very strange at first.

Your 360 might be starting to crash. My first 360 started doing that for a few games, then a couple weeks later, rrod.

You could've at least hotlinked the video or give a brief description of the problem so we don't have to go hrough the hastle of visiting another site.x-2tha-z

I already did have it installed...I tried to play it with disk...and re-install it..NOTHING. It doesn't do it to my other games so idk.
