Making my own gamerpic ?

Im making my own gamerpic but wanted to know what I need to do exactly. Is a JPEG image ok ? and what size should I use ? Im going to make it on photoshop.

As far as I know, the only way to have a custom gamerpic is to use an Xbox Vision Camera, but even then, only your friends list can see that pic. Kinda sucks coz I wish i could photoshop a custom gamerpic too, maybe microsoft will make it possible eventually, hope so.

Yeah the only way to custom a gamerpic is by using a Vision Camera. But when the new Dashboard comes out you'll be able to a take a picture of you avatar and use that.
