Man do I love achievements!

I would have to honestly say that achievements are one of the greatest additions to gaming in the past 5 or so years.  Although I get absolutely nothing in terms of a tangible reward from them, hearing that little plink and seeing my gamerscore go up spurs me onward. 

 

I would have never gotten half of the play time out of most of my games if it weren't for these little buggers.  That is all.

Yeah I fell the say way. Achievements do add more play time on for most games witch I like.

Hahaha... The whole BB nation agrees with you. Achievments are possibly the best idea since sliced bread for a console... ...although we're not sure if they've invented that yet.. peace from BlockBusters UK, and happy gaming!

same. i would never have done ne sidemissions in ne games if their were no acheivements. right now i'm going for beat insane on gears2.

Yes sir. It was such a good idea that Sony copied the idea... the same but more lame... "trophies".. pfft, gay

as u can see from my gamercard i too love achievements and thanks to an achievement contest way back sponsored by old spice i won 2 arcades games and 200 microsoft points.
