if you ever play X-Men Legends. This game is better.
Oh, and get the Hero/Vilian pack off market place for 800 points. It adds 250 achievement points and 8 playable characters.
Venom, Magneto, Sabertooth, Doom for the Vilians. Cyclops, Hulk, Nightcrawler, and Hawkeye for the Heros.
This games has some good replayablity to it also.

im not sure but i think i heard somewhere that the replay value is really low
i wasnt sure because i havent played it
but im renting it for sure very soon
Not true on the replay value (Unless you don't want all the Achievements), as a few characters you unlock really late in the game, or in fact have to beat the game to unlock. Not to mention the Comic Missions. I've had the game six months and I am still playing through those trying to get that Achievement.
The actuall game itself is excellent, in fact, it's my favorite 360 games thus far. A wide variety of playable characters, and the recent DLC adds eight more to the roster, each with at least one, sometimes two, new achievementsa for the character. The additional packs are worth it, to me at least, but I believe there may be a special edition coming soon that has the DLC already added to the core game. I may be mistaken, though. All in all, it's a game that boasts excellent single and multi-player, has a good, lengthy story to it, and great character development (There are hundreds of ways to customize each character). I give it my highest recomendation, and I feel you won't be dissapointed if you pick it up.
I agree and I don't even like games like this.YEah, is a very good game, highly addivtive. The achievements are normal, you just play it and they will come :)

They are coming out with Ultimate Alliance Gold Edition. It includes the Hero/Vilian pack. Costs $60, but this is what I did.
I bought Marvel: UA used, it was like $46, at Gamestop. I use my discount card to get my 10% off. Then went home and downloaded the Combo pack for the $10. All together it was $53, around that. Cheaper than buyin the Gold Edition.

yah, the achievements are pretty easy to get. You'll get 2 or 3 achievements each level, plus if you fullfill other things like throw 50 enemies off a ledge, or collect Black Panther toys, etc... I unlocked $615 achievements without trying for any of them in particular (except I got all the answers to the trivia questions and got all trivia correct and got 3 achievements from that :P).
I would say that game actually was quite fun, and the single player took me nearly 12 hours to beat, so it won't be a short run through. The game doesn't get very frustrating and the bosses are challenging but not insansley hard.
It has moderate replay value. You can play as completely different people the next time around and try to unlock the 'time attack modes', or play the individual missions which also lead to more unlockables.
I sold it soon after I beat it, but time from time I have an urge to play it again. Oh well. I'd say you can't really go wrong with it, especially if you someone else to play it with, but all in all it was a fun adventure and not very difficult.
thx u made me even more sure to pick this game up:D btw can u play co-op in this game?? my friend has a 360 but no this game and i was wondering if we could play on the same sboxyah, the achievements are pretty easy to get.
