Is it really that bad?firestorm9305
Its really good with a lot of replay value because of how many different characters you can be. I've played through it like 6 or 7 times its especially good if you like marvel comics but thats not a must.
it is no more button mashing than say ninja gaiden or god war is :)
only it is cooler than those games cause you get to play as many characters
I was thinking of picking this up now that it is only $30, looks like a lot of fun, is it worth it?firestorm9305
i love this game, i still play it, if you're a superheroes fan you got a bunch of heroes from the marvel universe to control level up etc, you should get it IMO, and it has lots replay value if you wanna get all the achievements and stuff and maxed out your favorite character's level.
You can call it a buttom mashing came because you can choose to do that if you wish, but you will never pull off the combos and special moves that really make the game fun. That game is alot a fun it also has a lot of replay value because everytime you beat it they will tell you the over all outcome of the choices you made throughout the game, almost as if they are telling you to play again to get different outcomes. Plus there is so much content in the game and challenging stages it is definatley worth it for 30.
When this game was released, I rented it due to the fact that its similar to the X-Men Legend games. Its very fun especially if you play Multiplayer.
Definitely a fun game, best brawler in a long time. Unlike X-men Legends this game never got boring or repetitive. Tons of great (and some not so great) heroes to choose from, amazing moves and a pretty decent comic book story. Plus, it has one of the best credit sequences ever (anyone who has beaten the game knows what I am talking about).
For 30 bucks, this game is well worth it. Its still one of my top 5 Xbox 360 games.
