Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Yes? No?

Hey guys, just wanted to get a bit of info on a certain game :).

I'm at work right now and when I'm off, I plan on running over to GameStop to pick up my 360 VGA cables. But I'm also looking into a good multiplayer game for local play, preferably something with a lot of depth and something that I can enjoy with my buddies.

Back in the day, we used to play Gauntlent Legends for hours on end.. And it doesn't seem like the 360 has any similiar games of this type, other then Ultimate Alliance. So my question to the people that own this game on the 360, is it worth a buy for local play? And how is the replay value on this? And if its not worth it, what games are worth the $ that are good for local play (no shooters please) Any feedback would be well appreciated.
