gamespot said that this would be available for download on july 1st which is today and I don't see it anywhere on Xboxlive.com available for download?

do you think it'll release later today or did gamespot get the date wrong

oh wow, I totally forgot mvc2 coming out today... This might actually be the game that breaks my addiction from Street Fighter 4... If anyone has any info on the actuall release date, i would also like to know. I will will download this right after I get off of work if it comes out today :)

where did you get that info. from?? I just saw that it got pushed back to July 2... which is fine for me since thursday is payday at my job!!!

I saw it on this site on the MvC2 forum page. Quite a few people were saying it got pushed back to July 2. But then again, just as many if not more were saying it got pushed back to the end of just without and exact official release date. So i don't think my source is any more reliable or valuable than yours. If you check out the www.tu4ar.com, the site capcom made for mvc2 re-release, the clock is blinking 0's... So i really don't know what gives... I guess when Capcome feels like it, they will release it... Honestly speaking, Capcom has really been pissing me off in 09. Don't get me wrong, I love Street Fighter 4. Let me rephrase that, I'm addicted to SF4... But I disliked how they made you pay for costumes in bundles and not individually. I also hated how they make you pay for the multiplayer in RE5. After all their penny-pinching you think they would release the game when they said they were. Oh well, patience is a virtue!!

Capcom said on their Twitter that they have no idea where the rumor that it was coming out today came from and that it would be near the end of July. GameSpot has the wrong date on there and they need to change it.

Capcom's full of it, becuase they made a site (www.tu4ar.com which is an acronym for Take You For A Ride, which is the theme song in MvC2) with a big clock that was set to expire and did expire today. I guess they really have no idea where the rumor came from, huh?? Not saying anything to you PlasmaBeam44, I appreciate the info... It's just that Capcom is really full of it and have been for the majority of 2009

hahaha. I hate everything there is a game that I am REALLY excited for it gets pushed back by not a week, but a month! I do believe however it will not be available till the end of july sadly, and if that is the case they better take these last few weeks to make sure there are no stupid bugs or anything.

It was posted on Kotaku this week that it was just a rumor for the july 1st date. Its scheduled for late july. I was hoping to mix up some Blazblue and MvC2 this week. Ah well... I can wait.
