Woot there's cleavage too man that has to be one epic RPG. I didn't notice that at first but now that I do it looks even worse.

LOl. I think it's fake. They might change it later. At the end I won't let the box art get in the way of buying the game.

The official box art to my knowledge was the wallpaper on the Mass Effect website. It had Shepard running on the left part of the box with a planet in the backround.

Really. It's just nice to have great box art. Like Assassin's Creed II, which looks even better in person.

The collector's edition case looks pretty awesome still, which I'm getting so I don't care if they screw up the box art on the regular version.

Also does anyone else think that the default male Shepard looks stupid? He doesn't look like a badass (as he should)... more like a douche.

The Collector's Edition looks incredible; especially when compared to the base game. And it comes with some awesome stuff(just not as awesome of stuff as in Assassin's Creed II's special editions)

To clear up speculation, turns out the cover I was talking about earlier is the North American cover of the game, so the cover listed in this thread may be used in other countries.

I honestly don't care about the boxart. I toss the boxart after i take the game out.

Evevn if it is fake, I think it looks decent.

Even the 1st game had a better box art than that. Shepard should be in the middle with 2 other characters on each side with a planet in the background maybe.

I perferred the first art than this new one, but I think the sexiest is the box art for the version I pre-ordered:
