Am i the only one that feels that if you choose to use this the conversation will be annoying? The thing with bioware games is that whatever conversation option you choose you WONT say that exact sentance. So in the demo he says "I dont need to earn her trust" and then Shepard says "Im commander shepard" and so on. Would it not be better if when using kinect for the dialogue that shepard doesnt talk? And instead what you say is what shepard WOULD have said.

So instead of the Conversation being like this:

Garrus: What do you want me to do

*You: Come with me*

Shepard: Follow my Lead Garrus.

Garrus: Will do

It could be like this:

Garrus: What do you want me to do?

You: Follow my Lead Garrus

Garrus Will do.

The key words are, "...if you choose to use..." If it really bothers you how this will work out, then don't bother using it. It's something new they're trying. It may or may not interest you. But it's an OPTIONAL ENHANCEMENT.

It's a pretty legitimate concern about the voice recognition. What's the point in talking when all your really doing is choosing an option for the in-game charater to say. It sort of shatters that reality of immersion that Bioware is boasting about. It's an awesome "optional enhancement", but it could be a lot better.

They're still working on it, I'm sure. They have until spring of 2012 to tweak the system. I'm not afraid to give it a try. I thought the squad commands were cool.

It could be better, but its the first time they use voice recognition in games like these, so give it some time.
