Mass Effect -vs- Halo 3

I've been tracking Mass Effect for a while now and I really think it's gonna be a great game. Making your own player, editing his class, the shooting, the RPG elements, even the talking looks exciting. The talking!!! Might even be better than Oblivion...

Anyone else out there other than me a lot more excited for Mass Effect than they were for Halo 3?

I have been waiting with such anticipation for Mass Effect that Halo 3 passed me by!
