Xbox 360 games need to stop relying on one person setting up a game and having random people join. It gives the host far too much power. For example, I just played a 20 minute game of Team Sharpshooter in Rainbow 6 Vegas and with 15 minutes gone in the match, the guy who was top on my team got booted and banned. It was then 2 on 3.
Host and another member of their team spawn camps and kills me a couple of times and we nearly tied. I managed to pull two kills from the spawn and brought back the lead... gets to 20 seconds left and he boots the other member of my team and me. It's rediculous that the guy can just kick people 'cos he can't take losing.
This isn't something specific to Rainbow either, that was just a very recent example. 360 games really need to start incorporating the matchmaking perfection that Bungie designed.
Anyway, opinions?
