It hasn't been released yet. It has been delayed until.... well, nobody knows. I would suggest following them on Twitter (if you use it) to find out when it goes live.
There was a problem when it started as a result its offline at the moment. They are going to release it eventually and will have an extended timelimit as compensation for all xbox users. Quoted from sentuamessage UK live vid.
