Medium to Hard

I have completed Guitar Hero 3 on medium and 4 star almost all of the songs, but i seem to be having problems making the jump to the Hard lv. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for me, such as how you position your fingers or anything like that. Thanks for any help

Oh yes, this seems to be a big problem with me but I get alot of 5 stars in the game too its just on hard, I can't hit the orange and I practiced alot..it got frustrated so I jus quit n went back to CoD 4 where I own :Pzaidpass

I also take breaks from GH3 w/ CoD4. It is a great game. I'm almost done w/ it on vet
