I will admit, as excited as I am about Mercs 2, the idea of a nuclear bunker buster makes me kind of nervous. All in all though, I can't wait to check out the new features

I gotta say Mercs 2. Like the other guy said, Madden is always the same. I own 07. I own Mercs and it is great. You said you want to play with your friend, ask him to get Mercs 2, it has online co-op.

In the end really, get what you want, not what your friend wants you to have.

I haven't really seen any gameplay footage of Madden 09 and I was thinking of getting it since my friend who only plays sports games want to play with me sometimes, but I'm not really a football game player, so I'm getting Mercenaries 2. I like open world sandbox type of games more than football games. I'll probably get NBA Live 09 though.

:lol: I thought I broke that when I chose GH WT over RB2, or was it i decided to get both. I didnt even know I had a streak. Look i like this game because I play football myself and I think the game is fun, it doesnt really matter if it is the same thing or not, I play Madden 07, and I loved it, and the last Madden I played was 03 on the GC. Madden 09 looks great, and fun. Plus it has Brett on the cover and who doesnt like that.
