Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of The Patriots for 360??

Well, i've been reading up on this re-occuring rumor, and everyday it seems more and more truer. yesterday i searched it up on youtube, and saw an amazing video of MGS4 with Raiden and Vamp fighting (you probably don't know who they are). I really loved all the Metal gear solid games, and if it came to the 360, i would be so happy. me and my cousin used to play it on my uncles PS2 all the time. and owning Portable Ops for my PSP, i can't wait 'till/if it comes out for my 360. well, i posted this to see if people think the same as I do, so post on, and I hope people do think the same :)

agreed, but its probably not safe to bring this rumor up again otherwise your gonna be bashed by everyone on this board "ITS NOT COMING TO X360... BLAH BLAH" etc.

As stated before by speculation, if it's released, it'll be from a few months to year or so for it to be ported to the 360. There won't be a simultaneous release

As for me, i'll be finding someone who HAS a PS3 and ill become good friends with them so i can play MGS4.

I'm not going to comment on any of the system wars comments in here about the PS3 being in trouble...:roll:

...but I'll just say that Konami and Kojima have confirmed time and time again that MGS 4 is a Playstation 3 exclusive, thus don't count on it coming out for the 360.

Is it possible? Sure, anything is possible, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.

theres a decentchance it coul and only 1 MGS game was ever exclusive so far, but who cares? it either will or wont.

Seriously, hope for FF13 to come to the 360 first (which has a much better chance- for the record only 8, 10/-2, and 12 were exclusive to sony)

One thing about MGS PS3 fanboys i dont understand is why they think it couldnt be done on the 360/ not enough disk space. Technically speaking, MGS4 doesnt look outstanding in comparison to the 360's best and its cutscenes are all post rendered (where takes like nothing)

Dont count on a MGS port though.

Just for the record, judging by my experience with past MGS games, if MGS4 wasnt tied to sony and thought of in general as exclusive, it would fall into the category where DMC is now. You know, the game where is holy as exclusive but great as multiplat. Its it a really good game though

Well the one game that was exclusive isn't important to the storyline in MGS4, so they could release it for Xbox since it continues from MGS2.

Considering I hated MGS 2 I could really careless.

As for FF13...if its the same kind of garbage as FF12...they can keep that as an exclusive as well.

if "Final Fantasy XIII" is half the game "Final Fantasy XII" was, I'll be very happy. Final Fantasy XII is up there with FFVII as the best of the series, and made me forget about the time Square wasted on "FFX-2" and "Dirge of Cerberus".

Regardless, both will be PS3 titles not likely to be found on the 360.

It could happen, but I wouldn't count on it. Sony has a strangehold on Konami to keep it an exclusive...

wow these threads are getting annoying, kojima said himself it will never go t 360 and there was even an article on gamespot about kojima saying that the 360 couldnt handle some parts of the game and plus he doesnt want to lower it to dvd qualityphilip6k
