Yeah the whole series is just epic its ashame i cant play this one though . I dont have the funds to go out and buy a PS3 just so that i can play one game :/

If only the Fallout 3 DLC weren't exclusive. I think they would have made more profit if they had brought it out on both consoles. Damn you Bethesda!

To me, my biggest curiosity would be how many discs it would be on, since IMO, even with compression and downgraded graphics, I don't think there's anyway to fit it even on a dual layered DVD. Amazing game though.

I don't want Metal Gear Solid 4 on the XBox 360, But I do want a remake of the first one.

I have no doubts that it's a good system . I just don't have the money for one at the minute .

I guess I'd agree with you that certain games BELONG on certain consoles , if MGS4 was on 360 i guess it would almost be like Halo being on PS3 :L

MGS4 was the worst MGS game, it crammed 2 or 3 games worth of convoluted cinematics into one "game", and the game thats there is **** fantastic, but the power point presentations every few minutes got to be a bit much to handle. MGS isn't just about the first playthough though, it's speed runs, getting rewards, and just playing with the awesome world they have, so i do want it to come to 360, i may have played it in full 6 times at my friends house, but that's still not quite enough. note playing the WORST in the series 6 times through.

I'm sure Hideo would love to have MGS4 on the 360, but Sony must be paying him bokou. Still I think it will show up some time later as like a revamp of the game, maybe packaged with a extra mission, or 90 min cutscene, whatever. But that's what makes Hideo awesome, he has loyalty too his fanbase and his company that makes the MGS experience unique. Plus it may be good, and I reeeally wanna play it.......but it's not touching MGS1...that s@#@ classic.

I don't know why people care so much, half the people saying they would've played it would complain about the long cut scenes. I personally loved the game, and lots of people do but it takes a certain type of gamer to like itScarface_tm431

MGS4 is awesome, you're really missing out. I'm glad it's an exclusive though because if there were no exclusives the gaming universe would be really boring, i mean come on then what would we b**** about :P

You could just buy a PS3 (honestly, it's a nice system)...or if one of your friends have one ask to borrow it (like I did). And although I'd love to own MGS4, I'm quite happy that it's remaining a PS3 exclusive. Some games belong on certain systems. Seeing them on others is kinda disorienting. I also think exclusives aide in creating competition, which unless you're a dirty commie, is good.DFBTG

Rent a PS3 and MGS4 if you want to play the game so badly. It is pretty cheap to rent them.

Same with me. My income is so low, I barely have enough for a new game, let alone an entire system.

this exclusive stuff is getting out of hand. It's gotten ridiculous enough that publishers are trying to push "exclusive character skins" on us as an extra that's only available on a certain platform. Supposed to be a big announcement from Kojima Studios tomorrow which is what i assume this threads purpose is. I'd love to have a 360 MGS4 but my money is against it that it'll ever be ported. Casea and point, MGS2 Substance on Xbox, game was ported and sold like crap.
