No, haha, my friend got it on launch and played it like all day since it came out, (hasn't slept yet) and he invited me over, and he was on the last act I believe, and I played through some of it, and beat the last boss and all this crap. It was cool, but the cut scenes, omfg, longest things I've ever seen in my life. This isn't really a spoiler, but sort of is, but there was a cut scene that was literally 1 hour and 30 minutes long. OMG =[imakillaholic

theres a really good chance itll come to the 360. personally i dont like stealth game but i wouldnt buy a system just for one game which is even doing that amaing on metacritic (lower than bioshock)nahmean187

Keep in mind that MGS4 has only 19 reviews so far on metacritics whereas Bioshock has 87.

Don't worry, the guy just made it clear that he's lying. There are no cutscenes that long in MGS4. There was a rumor going around for awhile that there was a 1 1/2hr cutscene, but that was quickly proven false. There are a lot of cutscenes in the game and some of them are pretty damn long, by that we're talking up to 10minutes each.

There are cut scenes considerably longer than 10 minutes though....

lol even those 10 minutes is pretty damn long, would rather play than watch it! very tempting to skip through those really long 1z lol

Yeah, i think it was in GamePro's review where it says the longest cutscene is like 45 min, still damn long, but not as far as 90 min

mgs doesnt need review i played all mgs and love the series m playing ps3 for mgs4

And Metal Gear Solid 4 fully deserved that. It's really the most amazing game I have ever played, no fanboyism there.

Can you blame GameSpot? They made a mistake with GTA4, but that is no reason to punish MGS4.

scrap your xbox360 then get new PS3... then you can have MSg4. ey dont forget God of War3, Killzone 2 Resistance 2 this all will never be in Xbox360... THIS IS A NIGHTMARE a really NIGHTMARE for xbots owner...

Im sorry no game ever deserves a 10/10 surly for that to happen it needs to be perfect and to be perfect it needs to please everybody who ever plays it, no game is perfect, god get over it. I say the immense cut scenes are a bad thing for me, if I want to see a movie a rent a dvd if I want to play a game I buy a game not a mix of the two. something like that.

If I bought a game for 60$...heck even 20$...And the cutscenes were longer than 10 minutes, I would take it back and get my money, email the people who put the game out and tell them off and then I would dog the game on every forum I could find.

NOBODY wants to watch a cutscene longer than a couple minutes and they shouldnt have to. Just because game developers are getting lazer and lazer by the day doesnt mean we should have to put up with it....10/10?...I think not
