It's by far the most hyped exclusive on the system, i'm pretty sure that it will sell in the millions just as the previous games in the series have.
It has been confirmed again and again and again by Kojima that it will remain a PS3 exclusive. Stop clutching to the faith that it'll come to the 360 or else you'll be waiting for years.

They can not make it for the 360 because it has no bleu ray drive otherwise the could do it. Just like they did with Metal gear solid 2 Wich came for the x box. Or microsoft would pay them to make a game on the 360 like sony did with ninja gaiden sigma. But maybe in the future when microsofts console has to bleu ray as I heard rumors of.

i'm as much a 360 guy as anyone, but we have to face facts that at this moment the odds of MGS4 on box are pretty slim. but, that's not to say it'll never happen. just cause MGS4 is blue ray on the PS3 doesn't mean it can't be ported. Look at all the multiplatform titles out there. it wouldn't be heard to convert it over to xbox (like with NG Sigma, which is really just a port of NG Black from xbox1). so never say never. just say "not right now".

But Even if it is a dud the people who are PS3 fanboys will not admit it and neither will the reviewers (they are so biased with every game that comes out)
It's actually slightly possible, but very unlikely. The biggest issue is of course that it barely fits on a blu-ray disc, so they'd have to compress the hell out of it and probably put it on multiple discs to get it on the 360. Then there's the fact that Kojima doesn't want it to go to the 360. I'd like it to come to the 360 so that I won't have to get a PS3, but I doubt it's gonna happen.. So soon enough I'll be buying a PS3 just to play MGS4.. (well among some other PS3 titles I'm looking forward to).
The site I buy games from sent me a text message today telling me my MGS4 pre-order has been posted. It should be here tomorrow. I can't wait.
The people comparing MGS4 on 360 to Halo on PS3 are wrong. Microsoft owns the Halo license. Sony doesn't own Metal Gear Solid. Konami could put it on 360 if they wanted to. It would have to be like Lost Odyssey though and be on 4 or 5 discs. They might have to compress it a bit too.
It's highly unlikely this will happen but MGS2 was on Xbox so it's not like it's never happened before. Don't listen to the PS3 fanboys. They were saying the same thing about Devil May Cry and Assassins Creed at one time. Look what happened there.
not gonna happen. unfortunately 360 just cant handle MGS4 in it's current state.. They would have to scale it WAY down.

How do you figure? The 360 can produce BETTER graphcis than the ps3 when coded properly and not usign the ps3's structure. All they would have to do then is span it on multiple dvd's, no big deal. That comment you made just goes to show how little you know about 360 capabilities as a ps3 fanboy. Good thing you have one game to keep you off this forum, and then the rest of the year, you have nothign to play.
It'll be on the 360 eventually. Konami isn't going to give away money, and Sony's money can only keep it exclusive for so long.
This is not like Halo or God of War....those series are OWNED by Microsoft and Sony respectively. If MGS on the 360 means a profit for Konami, it will be there, so expect it in time.

Erm Capcom is a japanese company too and look what they did with DMC4. And it's not Kojima's choice it's Konami. And how does them making a xbox360 version of MGS4, and making alot more money, make them GREEDY? Your logic fails.
It's not like Metal Gear Solid has always been on Sony's consoles and has never gone on anything else.. they've been on Nintendo's consoles originally.. some ported to Gamecube.. then PC versions..
I hope the 360 gets MGS4. A game such as this should not be limited or denied to anyone. THis game tears down barriers and consoles should not be a barrier thats stops people from playing this game that we all know will be a masterpeice. Everyone should play this game and all my friends who do not own a PS3 will be coming over on thursday.

You are correct - it's NOT Kojimas decision. It IS Konamis decision and that's why this rumor just doesn't die - because Konami has said it's a possability while Kojima has said No Way. Then again Kojima is officially retired in another couple weeks and will literally have no say whatsoever.
So we'll see - but i wouldn't hold my breath - if it does come it'll be a year from now at the soonest is my prediction. But yeah - it's "probably" not coming.
