Microsoft Needs A New Exclusive

Gears is good not great but good

Halo is Halo it will always be good

Forza is a great racer and this one will be huge

but microsoft need a new exclusive not a shooter maybe a adventure game like god of war or something similar i own a ps2 and god of war rocks so i dont see why microsoft should just stick to exclusive shooters and a couple others like forza

Shooters are the preferred genre that most people want so more money :P. I would really like to see an RPG.

yes an rpg would be nice aswell but there are too many shooters now i like to get away from them and play some fifa or play forza

Give me an RPG or a fighter please.

I want something original though not genre defining just something out of the ordinary. A nice platformer would be nice there aren't a lot of those.

i dont get the hype over Gears, and Halo is fun online, but not the leveling system...they need to fix the ways you get XP, winning is hard if your the only one getting kills.

but yeah that would be nice, but then there will be even more rivalry, just like the sony boys dont think we deserve MGS, and why? MGS was on the original Xbox and Gamecube.

The 360 could do with another exclusive, I definitely agree with you on that one. It should also be something unique (as in NOT a shooter).

Xbox has enough, maybe not as many as the Wii or PS3 but the exclusives we have are of good quality and have that blockbuster effect.

What microsoft need to do is both capitilize on studios in which they own (ie. Rare) and invest in new studios. For example Rare should develop Killer Instinct 3, Diddy Kong Racing 2 and a new Conker game to name a few. Also microsoft should develop new first party studios and plan for the long term and in this way they can be successful. If they dont do this they will fall behind in a short while.

How about...an RPG zombie game.. it could be online too. you have to find places to set up safe houses and find your own food and conveniences, sleeping and finding other survivors is essential...then there's an arsenal of weapons that you will have to find and store in ur safe homes. Players can join in at any time of the game to take the place of your family or friends in this RPG.MaddenBowler10
