"Additionally, the call to the Havant repair centre revealed some other worrying stats: “A shocking statistic we found out though is that between 1,500 to 2,500 consoles get sent to Havant by three UPS lorries per day, to then be shipped to Prague for repair,” Lee told us, going on to add, “[We] phoned up Nora the [customer service] supervisor again, who then admitted my console was in Prague and hadn’t been looked at yet – she seemed amazed that we knew!”"" http://www.360-gamer.com/news.asp?id=1143 Worrying numbers indeed, not to mention the recent surveys showing between a 30-40% failure rate.

With everyone saying how many broken 360 there is I decided to ask my UPS driver how many he has picked up. When I ask him he said want is a 360? When I explained he said he couldn't remember even picking up one.

2,500 per day?! As in... 900,000 a year?! Do they even have that much?

And here come all the 360 fanboys, claiming BS when they know its the truth but can admit it. Im an avid 360 gamer.....but please MS doesnt pay you so quit acting like they do. The games are great, the console is Garbage FACT! When its all said and done the 360 wil have had the highest failure rate of ANY console ever made...again...FACT! I had to buy a PS3 again just have something on back up to play, cause Im tired of sending my console in

y cant it. either way we all know this system is pretty horribly made. MEh as long as MS continues to give me replacements, i guess i wont be too angry. AS long as they do it promptly. But it is kinda getting out of hand

There is no doubt an issue with the 360 failure rate. You can't question it. There have been enough PS3s sold at this point that it's safe to say they aren't having the same problem. There certainly aren't very many people talking about it. However, 2500 per day is a little rediculous. That would be nearly a million per year, which is more than the number of units sold in a year for all of Europe. There may have been 2500 on A DAY, but not every day. Total B.S.

All i can say is..Heh.

360 does have major promblems with its design. But that doesn't justify me going out to buy a ps3. When mine dies, ill jsut pop in the purple lunchbox or my ps2. I still have 4 or 5 games that i put off due to the 360.

That's just dumb... you think UPS drivers know whats in every package they pickup? When you send your box... it's unmarked... could you imagine the "oops... I dunno what happened with your package" comments from the drivers or people that work in the sorting plant?....
