I've had 3 wired headsets break, a wireless headset break, my console break, a play and charge kit break, and now a 2 day old quick charge kit break!

im getting mad...if it wasnt for all the amazing games coming out, the 360 would be on ebay right now.

they dont break, they die, like stop working. My wireless headset just refused to turn on one day, now the quick charge kit won't charge any of my batteries

maybe its cause ur one of the gamers that spazez out when one little thing goes wrong and it just wares on your hardware. not saying that u are but just keep good care of ur stuff it costs a lot.

Kinda strange all you stuff is dying. I say take better care of it. But the 360s hardware is a joke, no one could deny that.

im taking perfect care of everything

after im done playing i set eveything in a cabinet so it wont get stepped on or anything like that...it just dies

this new quick charge kit is two days old...and it just died on me

Those headsets die on me every month, just buy one at Wal Mart then use that receipt to keep from paying another $15.

I haven't had any charge kits die but I have had a controller, a console, and about 10 headsets die on me.

The only thing of Microsoft that has EVER went wrong with me is my old Xbox, it had a bad disc drive when I got it, but I didn't care because I worked around it (re-insert the disc until it does read).

Also, I have had my 360 for over 18 months and zero problems. I have the wireless headset, wireless network adapter, two wireless controllers and Guitar Hero II controller with no problems at all. I just think even though you don't think you are rough with your things, might really be. Just be careful.

i hate when people tell someone that they dont take care of their stuff when people say something of theres breaks.... people tend to think that just because none of their stuff is messed up that it's automatically your fault....any way i'm right there with ya man....i'm on my 4th system, second headset, and to make matters worst my harddrive died at the beginning of the summer

my xbox 360 broke and apperantly eb deosnt do warantys anymore becouse sooooo many just randomly break. im angry at microsoft to cause theyre to cheap to fix the the damn problem!!!!!!

I took the easy way out. Once my second 360 died (that wasn't the only problem with the second one. The USB ports didn't work and the disc tray was loose), I sold the damn thing. I'd rather forgo all the trouble of sending it in and getting another one that'll kick it later just to send that one in and repeat. I'll wait till they fix the damn problem (extending the warranty doesn't do it for me) and am sure it's fixed before I pick up another 360. Even then, it's dependent on the exclusives.

I'm in limbo at the moment. I really want some of the games that are releasedor due for release later this year. The problem I have is after having 3 xbox 360's die on me and nearly £150 worth of games scratched (and had to be binned), I have little faith left with Microsoft. I was hoping for the problems (3 red lights etc.) to havebeen corrected by nowby now but my friend bought one a month ago and he is nowon his second console (due to 3 red lights). His system was replaced but the tray jammes and you have to waggle it to get it to close. I did warn him, and hehas said he wished he'd listned. He like me has had his faith in the system seriously ruined. I just want them toannounce that the system is now ok (re-designed or something)and not that we will replace it because it could break.

They eithercan't hear theotherplayers voices or the other players can't hear you talk. I've gone through about 4 wired headsetsso far. Ok genius pleasetell us how a wired headset breaks from "user-error?" I'm guessing because it's never happened to you it's just not possible that it's the manufacturers fault. I'll keep that in mind! The only way these wired headsets should be breaking is from dropping themor sitting on them which none of mine went through..for the millionth time, mine just stopped working after about a month or so..why? Cheap parts I believe..I went through 4 of them by the way. I'm pretty sure if a mad-man walked up to me and shot me in the head you'd still be saying "user-error!"

I've broke 3 wired headsets , i also broke mywireless headset , and i broke my 360, a play and charge kit break when i dropped it in water, and now a 2 day old quick charge kit break because i bought it of ebay!

im getting mad...if i looked after my stuff then everything would be fine .

i have had my headset since the 360s launch and no probs so in conclusion gamer08 look after your stuff and try to respect your things rather than hit them of the wall when you get owned in gear by kids

I have 2 wireless headsets, a play and charge kit, a quick charge kit and my premium since feb. 06 and the only thing i've ever had break was my wired headset and thats because it's cheap plastic and it was free.

My headset hasn't broken yet but it's starting to become loose in places. I would definatly agree that they're a bit flimsy.

I guess i'm just luck I have not had any problems with my 360 in the 1 1/2 years i've had it, not even one freeze my headset works since day one and my wireless controllers too

This is crazy people spend all this money on systems, and expect them to work and they break, voided warranty or not! my 360 just broke down on me, and i am pissed now i gotta scroung up 280 for a core(i have a HDD from my premium) so i can resume gaming again!!!!!
