modding gamerscore cheaters not caught

there is this 1 kid on my friends list that his gamerscore is 170000 and ive noticed him getting rediculous achievements like the 1 in limbo but he didnt touch the game for months and the game didnt budge anywhere on his played list. and i remember checking if he got it cause he brags hes the best all the time and he didnt have it when he originally stopped playing then a month later he magically does. and the achievement doesnt have an acquired date

I also was playing bf 1943 and was looking at my friends stats and noticed he only played for 3 hrs and got the play 30 matches and 100 matches achievements which is impossible cause i play alot of bf and know you would only get a couple games in and even if he kept joining looking for a matchs thats pretty much over he still wouldnt be able to get it that quick and those achievements dont have any date either. so i looked at bunch a of games he plays and got full gamerscore on and most of the harder ones like in ninja gaiden or long ones like the rank 100 in gears 2 dont have dates on them and microsoft has yet to do anything.

if the 100 matches in 3 hrs didnt totally give it away then microsoft is promoting modding and anybody can probably not get caught unless microsoft starts to actually care. being and achievement whore and bragging you got these hard achievments is 1 thing but cheating to get them and bragging that your the best is another and those people need a punch in the mouth.

if anybody wants to see for yourself his gamertag is linkin10362 and file a complaint also but microsoft wont do anything anyway

They probably haven't done anything because it's not that big a deal. I mean it's not like he's shot someone. Don't bother to lose any sleep over it.

i thought he got it offline too but he cant play battlefield 1943 offline since its an online only game

hes more among the lines of a cocky kid who thinks hes god at games and denies any cheating of any kind but sucks at life. and its not even the point of ratting on somebody its the point of xbox not caring about cheaters. achievements are one of this systems selling points and a sign of really how good you are at a game to obtain this milestone and doing set difficult objectives and they just let people get away with cheating it out.

Its not that big of a deal. Cheaters suck and they always get theirs in the end. take the chill pill and wait and see. but seriously its not a big deal.

Lol at this one dude I saw had a ridiculous score and all these games100% with online achievements completed even though it said he had never played those games online.:shock:...These people are obviously under the delusion that they are cool and people don't know they are cheaters.:lol:...Not even worth worrying about.

honestly who care gamerscore does nothing for anyone at the moment let hackers be hackers and get themselves caught changing their avatar skinz...

Microsoft has too much stuff that actually needs their attention to worry about some kid giving himself points. He's not doing anyone any harm by doing it, so just leave it be.

yea i should prob delete alot of em since i dont talk or know half of em they just add me after playing random games and thru other friends but still i hate how everybody thinks its no big deal that its gamerscore yet thats not the point its basically showing if microsoft doesnt do anything for this problem you can prob get away with alot of modding and cheating. 1 of my friends actually had some dude take a picture of him flipping him off and sent it to him and he reported him and they didnt even do anything about it. so xbox doesnt care about obvious cheating stuff but having @$$ in your bio gets you banned. (which happened before). i think thats pretty stupid

i love the fact your talking about me going out of my way to bring about microsoft not caring about hackers yet you go out your way just to mention about you thinking its not a problem which is even worse im brining up an actual growing problem on xbox yet you just come on this forum to make fun of people bringing up problems guys like you ruin this community. if he cheats out gamerscore that can probably mean he mods games and other stuff. i hate when people cheat in games and think they are good. yea he thinks hes cool for it yet there is no meaning as previously said so we all know he cheats and probably sucks at games and cannot obtain these achievements.

so he can really brag all he wants about his obviously cheated gamerscore mods or whatever he uses i dont care the more he does, the more pathetic he looks really. i just want xbox and microsoft to take into account of all these people they let slide or glitching it games, hacking consoles, modding controllers and all the other crap. it ruins alot of games when people cheat and probably angers everybody here when playing against them.

if they cared about people ruining there community they would try something and get rid of them.

First of all, they do tend to take action on people with modded gamerscores, it does take them a while though. Even if they didn't gamerscore modding is a far cry from a lot of the other things you mentioned. As previously mentioned, Microsoft has a lot more important security related issues to worry about than some kids modding their profiles.

theres alot of people i know or saw that did stuff and were supposed to get banned for but didnt i know gamerscore modding is the last thing on there mind compared to other stuff. i have friends who do harmless gamertag modding on cod not get banned and i see people on the xbox forums get banned for the same thing so i think its a matter of how many people report them and stuff since some people get away with obvious stuff they do all the time while others get punished for using the same things less often
