modern warfare 2 help

Hi folks, my question is i have completed a certain amount of chapters on veteran difficulty but have lost my game saves, is it ok to continue from where i left of to get the achievments. i would rather do this than start a new campaign.

My guess is that you would need to do them over, but I'm not certain on the specifics of what triggers the achievement. Regardless, if you lost your save file you will have to unlock the missions you had previously beat anyway to get back to where you were actually up to, so you might as well do them on veteran.

^^^ they are tripping. u need to only beat the chapters u need the achievements for. i think u do need to beat the game once to unlock veteran mode though.

lol i think you are the one that is tripping. Firstly, veteran mode is unlocked from the start. Secondly, you only get the achievement for beating the game on veteran if you go to the level select menu and every level has a little veteran tag on it. Thus, without his game save, he will be missing all the levels

well i did not exactly loose them, just got a new xbox 360 and the chapters i have complete must have been saved on the server, so i will try just do the chapter i need to do thanks for replie folks

Your single player doesn't get saved on the server, does it? If your campaign save file isn't on your HDD, then you have to start over, I think.

You just need to do the chapters you didn't complete before you got the new xbox. Same for spec-ops, if you're doing that too.
