Mods for GTAIV

it would be cool if they added mods like a armageddon mod were there are zombies or superhero were you could fly/lotta health/super strength

Cheats and mods are different. Sure, riot mode technically modified the game play, but that isn't what defines an every day computer gaming mod.

As far as I know, any DLC for GTA IV would be from the company only. I doubt they would mod their own game. I didn't think users could mod a game on the 360 and have people download it. Correct me if I'm wrong.

i know people who can download the game off the internet transfer it to a disc, or mod it if they want to im not gonna tell cuz snitches get stitches lol : )

I've been known to download games off the Internet before too you know. Don't tell though.

However, how does that explain anything about users modding content for the new GTA IV on the 360?
