What is the most addicting game you ever played on the 360. For me it would probably have to be the MW2 multiplayer. I just can't get enough of it.

Borderlands... I've lost many hours of my life to that game. Also Oblivion. That one took a good period of time from me.

I get hooked pretty easily; drawn in by amazing graphics and high reviews, then never stop playing a game because it has so much replayability. I'd say either Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead 2, or Assassin's Creed 2. For the former, they were replayable, great for multiplayer, always updated with new content, and, of course, directed by a powerful AI who always changed the situation to make sure you didn't get through. Right when you thought you were winning with those weapon stashes and health packs scattered nearly everywhere, you see a witch right next to the panic event trigger. For the latter, not only the gameplay and the graphics, but it was unique and set in an amazing time period; Renaissance Italy, with attention paid to every historical detail; even the language spoken, Renaissance Latin rather than Italian. Not to mention, it stars the most talented man ever to have lived hence the greatest polymath of all time!

The most addicting online multi-player game that I have ever played is Battlefield: Bad Company 2, and as for the most addicting single-player game I have many.

Multiplayer:

  • Call of Duty 4
  • Halo 3

Single Player:

  • RuneScape (I put at least 150 hours into this game from ages 11-13, probably more).
  • Mass Effect (I played it non-stop from the moment I got it, amazing game).

Oblivion for me. I cant even begin to count the number of hours I put into that game. On one character I had 300 hours and I accidently over wrote it with a level 2 character. I wanted to cry man.

The most addicting multiplayer game for me is Halo 3. Ive been playing it almost everyday since launch and its still fun. Custom games are incredible and it really is amazing what people can come up with in Forge.

World of Warcraft. I've lost countless hours of time playing that game. But I have been clean for almost a year now; however, I occasionally have an urge to start playing again.

Multiplayer - >

Bad Company 2.

The maps are pretty repetitious since there's no 'real' map pack released yet but something in that game is making me play it for over 300 hours. Maybe it's the various weapon customization options. Maybe it's the open maps. Or maybe it's the frentic Conquest mode. Whatever the reason, it surely is the most addictive multiplayer game I own. (Collection includes: COD 4, Halo 3 and Team Fortress 2.)

Single player - >

Dragon Age

The interesting quests, people and environs you encounter make it the most addicting game I've played yet. I've had my Xbox turned on longest with that game in the disc tray.

To the people that have said MW2, have you played COD4 or even WAW? Because mw2 really sucks balls in comparison to those. I would say the most addicting game I have ever played was Medal of honor allied assault and the expansion packsfor the PC. I kind of liked pc gaming unfortunately I haven't upgraded my computer in like 6 years. On the 360 I would probably say halo 3 or TF2.

Of all time? Medal of Honor: Spearhead.I played it for about 3 years in multiple leagues and in multiple gametypes in various clans. I used to always to play and I knew at least a couple people in just about every server owned by clans in leagues.

For 360, Oblivion, if you'd count that. Ibeat it twice (all guilds, main, and mostside quests)on PC and once on 360, when my PC started crapping out.

After that, either Halo 3 when playing with friends or Mass Effect by myself. ME is the only story-based RPGI've beaten at least twice, let alone back-to-back or 5 times. Halo 3 is just a lot of fun with friends to play with as you never know what's going to happen, especially when playing crazily - flying through a teleport in an upside-down warthog, splattering someone in midair, andkilling a hornet pilot from above would qualify as pretty crazy to me. Either that or going mono-a-mono against an oncoming banshee with a trip mine and winning.

Most addicting would have to be Fallout 3.

On my 4th playthrough right now, and easily doing my 500th hour...

I must admit that the most addicting game would have to be WarioWare, but for X360 it was Peggle.

Not Xbox 360 game, but Microsoft related anyway. :P

Gothic II.
Roughly counted, I've played about (over?) 300 hrs of it...

About 7-8 complete playthroughs (first time playthrough took me about 100 hrs) and then just many hours of having fun with cheats, then just messing around and stuff.
