The Last of Us is one my list for day one purchase. The rest were all very impressive, except Halo 4.. not very interested in that one. AC3 blew me away with the gameplay on the ship. I'll be picking that one up day one and same with Watch Dogs. The game looks very interesting. Tomb Raider looked good, but with so many other games to play, and an ever growing backlog it'll be a game I check out later when it's cheap. The Last of Us just looked amazing. Naughty Dog have a great history for making awesome games. They are looking to continue that trend with The Last of Us.

I thought all of those games were impressive. I'd also add BEYOND: Two Souls (PS3) and Star Wars 1313 (PC + possibly 360/PS3 or next gen).
I'm not a Halo fan but I'm hoping that a change of studio will bring something new to the table.
If I had to pick just one game i would be BEYOND. This style of game is not to everyone's taste but I loved Heavy Rain and the more direct control, better acting and cinematics in BEYOND look great. #2 would be The Last of Us, #3 Tomb Raider.
