Most Played Xbox Live Games as of 2009?

Gears of war 2, its so damn good!

The new COD cant compete with COD4, that was one hell of a game!

Personally, I think GOW 2 is trash and a waste of my hard earned money. GOW 1 is still by far the best game I've ever played. COD 4 is right under it. GOW 2 had an awesome campaign though, but the online gaming, except Horde, sucks so much. Shotgun is all messed up(Slow as hell), smoke frags that knock you off your feet is ridiculous. I hate that game so much. Also, people how sucked at GOW 1, for some reason, love GOW 2. That boggles my mind. GOW 1 for life. oO iMarine Oomarines214

the guy explained why he didnt like GOW2. he didnt trash it. I cant stand when people just say a game is overrated with no intelligent explanation like they do to Halo 3. HALO 3 is still the most played game for me. love the daily updates to matchmaking

i hated gears 2 online, the single player i love - beat it twice in 2 weeks, but online i just thought was boring. lately i've played a lot of codwaw and got back into halo3 since i bought the new maps - prob put another 20 hrs in the last 2 weeks back into halo 3, love that game. i have cod4 on pc, but i might get that on 360 soon just to have a new game on 360 to last me a while. i'm tired of killzone 2 on ps3 already, done with pc games, so not much to do fo a few months game wise - answer - rebuy cod4 on 360 haha

CoD4 and CoD:WaW are both pretty heavily played by alot of people these days.

Halo 2 was played a lot up until Halo 3 came out(Probably still played a lot..). It will be MANY years before it dies. Anyway i personally play TF2 everyday or at least five times a week. The game is very addictive but currently i am getting annoyed with it so i might take a break.

Well, I believe Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3 had the most time investments, closely followed by GTA 4 and GOW2 and COD:WAW. COD:WAW was surprisingly rated lower the COD4, I thought since it was newer it might have been more popular but I knew the gameplay was inferior and the weapons were not very pleasurable to work with

Well when i had my xbox live gears of war 2 was the only game i played.Not having online anymore is driving me bored as hell.

I kinda wish Halo was dying then more people could transport to Gears 2!:P Halo 3 is a good game but it bores me to death.
