Most surprisingly good game you played on 360

A game i was really surprised was Saints Row.

I remember laughing at the game before it came out since no GTA clone has ever been even close to being decent (True Crime anyone?)

I was very skeptical and then i played the demo and loved it.When the game came out i played EVERY SINGLE MISSION to coplete it 100% (not the tags though)

NOw i am waiting for the PS3 versiion so i will rent it form GF and play it again.

What is your most surprisingly good game?

Earth Defense Force 2017. I thought it was going to be an awful budget game, but it's a complete blast to play.

I always heard how fun guitar hero 2 was but i always thought it looked really boring, and one day when i was at best buy i saw a demo set up for so i decided to play it, and it was fun as HELL!!! So i bought and play it alot

yeah i play GH2 a lot now but i wouldnt say its the most surprising...i'd probably say Oblivion (for my reasons) because i've never been able to get into an RPG just not my game but i actually got into it and enjoyed it which surprised me

I agree. My brother bought and i was like wtf?! I played it and it was really, really fun.

Vegas, thought it would be like Rainbow Six: "Letdown" but when the demo came out for Single Player I was addicted, and I was even more when I got Live.

Perfect Dark Zero, I only got it a week ago, worried about the amount of smack some people give it, ended up loving it. Only annoying thing is the higher difficulties are bloody hard for me. 

I guess Rainbow Six. I had never played a game like it before, so I got it and the multiplayer aspect of it really blew me away.

Earth Defense Force 2017 has been a lot of fun to play.  Reminds me of a few arcade games onthe 90's.

Dead Rising was a lot of fun as well.   Didn't know what to expect from it although frustrating at times and all but it creates a great atmosphere and it's fun being able to use anything to kill all the zombies.

Star Trek Legecy was surpriing fun for a Star Trek game.  I have enjoyed all the Star trek series and own most on DVD but most ST games are just horrible or completely unplayable but this one wasn't as bad.

C&C 3 demo

i love rts games and this would be the 2nd one i have tryed on the 360 and was expecting the controls to be mad hard to get used to but it plays so well and its C&C3 on the 360 amzing and i cant wait for it to come out, i thought it was not going to work but it does so well

blood money, my friend was obsessed with it and i watched him play it alot downloaded the demo and nothing it seemed like some lackluster current gen port to me but then i saw it for $20 CAN and thought hey its cheap and it turned out to be one of the most addicting games ive ever played still play it alot even after  100% completion

Jade Empire (Backwards Compatible).  It looked so awful in HD on the original Xbox that I hardly played it.  When I got a 360 and popped it in I was amazed at how much better it looked.  I ended up playing through the entire game.  I don't know of any other BC game that was improved as much as Jade Empire on 360.  Most of them look the same and some look worse.

its between saints row and crackdown... i talked trash about both of them a nd ended up buying both of them more so crackdown than saints row though...

i didnt think TMNT would be that good but it was great fun, it was waaaaaay to short tho
