i would say Eternal SOnata, it's got amazing graphics and a sweet battle system. The Orange Box is rated well but not appreciated enough, it deserves to be in every 360 owner's library.
saints row, dead rising and F.E.A.R, everybody thinks that saints is a rip-off from GTA(wich is not, is much better than that), everybody hate the save sytem in dead rising because they suck in the game, and finally F.E.A.R is one of the best FPS of all time and nobody nows it, much better than the crappy game called halo 3.
Assassins Creed because everyone says its bad and it sucks, well it doesnt.
AC is really underated because its a good game that no one tried because they dont have it and they say its bad, go rent it cause yeah its short, but its fun.

I knew someone was gonna do that ^^^ lol. As for the quesiton I would say Viva Pinata, the game is really fun and addicting and I think most people didn't give it a chance cause it was a game about Pinatas.

I was waiting for someone to say that if you look at other reviews they say it sucks... I think it pwns sooo hard...but there are problems but you can easily over look them because everything else is so good. : )

Condemned for me I don't know very many ppl who owned it. In my opinion it was the best launch game for the 360 everyone should pick up a copy.dan-k-ronic
I still own Condemned and I still love it. Along with FEAR.
