Most Underrated Game

I recently saw the "most overrated game" topic and thought that instead of attacking games that we think are bad, we should admire games that we think should get more attention.

Ill start with Alone In The Dark, sure it got a lot of bad reviews, but if you can look past the bugs the game really is a great experience.

I think that The most underrated game is The Darkness.It has a great story and screenplay,fantastic voice acting(Mike Patton rules),not bad graphics,nice levels(especially those in hell).can you ask for something more? I only ask for one thing: the sequel!!czort666

Just finished the game a couple weeks ago. The game was completely awesome:D. I'll definitely be waiting on that sequel too.

Sonic Next-Gen-This easily had the best story out of all the sonic games, and the gameplay was just as entertaining as ever, and those cutscenes we're gorgeous to look at, it had some of the best music of the series(especially Aquatic Base) and I never had any glitches or control/camera problems with the game.

Dude you can't be seriously talking about that Game. I played through most of that broken game, and I must say its the worst sonic game sense Shadow The Hedgehog came out. I can respect most peoples opinions on the boards, but blind fanboyism is something I can never understand:|

Now that was a FUN game,i sold my copy but have bought it cheap again recently and im going to download all the extras through LIVE that i couldnt do before.

I knew my choice was gonna draw some attention, and no it's not bland famboyism, I am so sick of people giving me crap just cause I like that game, What does it matter to you if I like that game or not? I'd prefer not to get into a needless argument over it, you're not going to convince me that it's broken, the game didn't havve ANY of the glitches that people kep mentioning other than the wall-jump glitch and the occasional slowdown, but those we're pretty minor and didn't get in the way of my enjoyment of the game, he'll i'll take that game over Kane And Lynch or Army Of Two any day of the week.quintex96

Also knew I was going to get a defensive response:lol:. I can understand you enjoying the game, but saying the game as a whole is good would just be untrue. I could just go into a huge rant about how flawed this game is, but I would just be going through the motions. Needless to say cheap deaths and bad hit detection are the main culprits in the poorly made game. Sad fact I'm also a fan of the Sonic The Hedgehog series, and have to stand by constantly as more bad games like this scratch away whats left of a great franchise.

The Darkness...of the unthinkable amount of video games I have played through to completion, the darkness is one of my top ten, easy.

And, props to the guy who said Psi-Ops, I actually thought of that game when I read the title of this thread, fun game.

As for those who keep saying PDZ, please god why...the original perfect dark was one of the single greatest video games to ever grace the planet...PDZ never happened in my mind.

well a bit hard to narrow it down to just one under-rated game,

but I think it would have to be...Deus Ex : invisible War for Xbox Original

Its graphics were decent, storyline was complex, and the interactivness was amazing

Never tried The Darkness... might gave to give that a shot..

Mine Underated game would have to be StrangleHold. That game was a Blast to play.

Alot of these games like Crackdown, and Ninja Gaiden.. i cant see how they were Underrated they were beyond hyped and overated to me.
