Motion Control announcing at e3?

If microsoft announces a Motion Controller or something similar, will you be happy? Or just think of it as "Wii Envy"

My take on this is that Im totally cool with a Motion Controller, if they can put into a bundle (Supposedly the Arcade, replacing the India Jones and KungFuPanda game) Market it right, and since the Arcade is already cheaper than the Wii, there is definetly a crowd for this as the 360 had shown sudden rises when they put the Arcade on store shelves.

they say it's more of a motion sensing camera than a controller. No controllers needed to play games. But anyway, I wouldn't be buying it personally because there just simply isn't enough space in my room for all that movement. They need to have some really great games for this peripheral, or it's gonna fail. Adding motion controlled boxing in the next fight night would be a good start.

If Microsoft wants this to succeed. Not only do they need great 3rd party support and and a great reliable camera, but THEY HAVE to BUNDLE it with the 360.

They can't just sell it as a seperate perhiperhal and expect people to shell out another $100+ for it. Package the $299 Xbox with this camera. And of course make it optional, not mandatory way to play your games.

I would not get it. The Wii is weak with FPS, and RPG. Platforming is alright but nothing to brag about. The only thing I found motion control work well with is mini-games and the control are the most chucky I have played.

I just don't care about it. Others may find it fun though.

It would be fine because M$ has now given another option to the consumer.

If there is one thing I dont' want Microsoft to copy is the motion sensing. Didn't at one point in mid 2006 Microsoft criticized the Wii about that perk? Guess they underestimated the power of Nintendo.

I would probably pass, my Wii gives me what I need for motion sensing, and sometimes I just want to relax and button mash not flap my arms like a chicken, the Wii is good for that occasional motion sensing game but I wouldn't want it to be a standard or I may go towards PC gaming, I may give it a shot though if their is something decent.
