Motorstorm is a very simple, very fun racer. So smooth. I just have the demo but love it. When the game hits $30 I might even pick it up, but no way is it worth $60.
Nope don't care if it comes. Forza 2 is all I need in the racing genre.Ket87
Completly different games. Forza is a technical racer, Motorstorm isn't. Which is why I like it more... Gran Turismo/Forza etc, while having all the customization etc, arn't as fun to race IMO. Someone really needs to make a racing game with all the customization and stuff of a racing sim, but with the fun to drive racing of an arcade racer.
Motorstorm is a great game ... its like an off road burnout. It would be sweet if it went to 360, but since sony bought the studio that made it that is not going to happen (would have loved to see it go multi, since when it came out there were so few ps3's sold and would've sold a ton of copies on 360). And you shouldn't compare it to dirt, as dirt is clearly more of a realistic racer (technically part of the colin macrae(rip) series). Two totally differnent games.
Motorstorm is agood game, but not as great as ps3 fanboys make everyone believe..like guy said before me..no customization..limited maps that get old quickly..and the fact that you have to wait 5-6 seconds to look at each before the next will load is COMPLETELY STUPID..no reason it should take ANY game never mind a ps3 to take that long to load a car at a car select scene..
