your gonna have to get NTSC (thats the type of region locked discs for north america) discs somehow, since most down there are PAL or NTSC-J i was in the same situation i took my canadian 360 to saudi arabia. so yea ur best bet is to import or order from the net.
You will have to really look around for NTSC games in Dubai. You can try asking Geekay Games (one of the best video game stores) if they can import it for you. You might also have to do something about the electricity thing. Another problem is that as far as I have experienced, online gaming over here is very laggy. You normally get ping times of around 200 unless the server is in the UAE itself. This sucks so bad.
