Moving To Europe

I am moving to Europe at the end of the year. Will my current XBOX360 from the states be any good? What about games or accessories.

Thanks for the help. If I buy a new 360 in Europe, will I be able to get on-line with my friends in the States.I'm going to be bummed if I can't getonH3 with my friends.
