MTU Failed...

Hey guys.

Forgive me for this post, but I need some help.

Just earlier, I tried to get on LIVE after not having played online for around a week. My connection was all of a sudden failing. It told me MTU was the culprit. I was annoyed, so I googled, followed some instructions (changing modems MTU, using a different Ethernet cable, changing 360's IP address etc.) but nothing worked. Very annoying. I found out reading though that LIVE is down today (yay, old news!). I didn't know about this. Is this whats causing my problems? Is everybody else experiencing this when they test their connection?

its not only you, me too..mtu failed..dont play with your connections it must be the live maintenance.. glad to hear i wasnt the only one... made me wonder few min ago

Yes, it's good news. I was really annoyed when it started happening because I was in a don't-piss-me-off-i-only-want-to-relax kind of mood ;). Great to hear its universal and not some problem that would've taken time to fix.
