MTU fails, need help.

I just got fast internet and I connected my xbox 360 to my router, but when i try to join xbox live my MTU test fails.

Can anyone tell me how to find out my MTU number amount thingy or how to fix this problem please.

Also I am using a ZHONE 6218 Wireless Router whatever the hell that is.
