both these games are really cheap now and i was thinking about getting one of them

but what one is better marvel ultimate alliance or splinter cell double agent?

i would say splinter cell cuz i never liked playing marvel alliance type games

I would go with Splinter Cell. I have both games, and Splinter Cell is more of a next gen game. It has the graphics, cool gameplay, and a cool narrative. MUA on the 360 is just a slightly polished up version of the Xbox version of the game.
