Single Player Game. Such as COD4, Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, etc.

If you don't have live or don't play multiplayer much, then I would say go for Rock Band if you really like that type of game.it is fun to be able to play drums or guitar even by yoursel. If you like to play FPS multiplayer, go for COD4 first, it rocks online and the single player is good too. Since Rock band is the same as about3 games, then also get Halo 3, and orange box. If you have any of those already, get mass effect or assasins creed more for single player. Not sure about blacksite, but skate would be a good choice too.

Tough choice though.

Although, if you are a drummer, with a drum kit, and a not so steady supplie of rock band members, don't get it!
