As great as BFBC 2 is, its following pales in comparison to that of Black Ops or Reach. The better game overall is Reach, but GOTY Imo is a popularity contest and that is why Black Ops wins.
Reach, easily the best multiplayer experience I have played in years. And I'm not a fan boy, I have only been involved in any Halo game for about 2 months. But Halo Reach is excellent.
I will go with COD: BO. It just seems like most of that game is centered around the multiplayer. The multiplayer is fun too with player match, wager match, combat training, zombies, arcade, [insert multiplayer thing here].
I think you have to give it to Black Ops. Just all of the new innovations that they included in Black Ops made the game a lot more fun, and in my personal opinion more fun that Reach. Don't get me wrong, Reach is a great multiplayer, but I think BO has the slightest edge in this race.
Black Ops for sure, Reach was fun but I hated how laggy everything was... Black Ops is just so smooth and nice. Not hating on Bungie or anything though, I gotta say that the campaign was a lot better and Halo 3 was my first game for Xbox 360 and is still my favorite :P.

Reach is laggy? I think it's your internet connection bro. From what I've been reading on here Black Ops is super laggy and get multiple thread with people moaning about how bad the lag is. Do you see any thread like that for reach? No.

AC: Brotherhood. I know it needs tweaks (especially the wait time vs play time ratio) but at least it's original, and the games are really fun once you get them set up.
