Multiple LiVE accounts on one membership?

I set up a dummy account under the name megladon8 to get my X-Box LiVE account up and running and make sure it worked alright.

Is there a way to take another gamer profile and go on to X-Box LiVE on my 360 without having to pay additional fees?

Since I used a dummy account, I don't have any of the achievements and whatnot that I've racked up. Can I activate that profile on X-Box LiVE without having to pay more? And how do I do that?
