I have 2 computers in my household one by my 360 and one in the other room.  I use the one in the other room for music and videos.  The  computers are on a wireless network meaning that i can access my music and videos from either computer.  Can I put my music and videos on the xbox 360 without using up all my harddrive (and then some).  In short can the 360 access files on a wireless network if it is connected to a computer on the network?  Would the connection have to be wireless or could I connect the 360 and the computer wired?  Thx

You can use wired or wireless...
You can use media player 11 or Media Center on Vista or XP 2005MCE
There is also the option of using TVersity...which is a third party program that allows better video compatibility...
The computer can stream Videos or Music to the 360...

You go to the options menu of media player 11 and there should be a tab, that has a button, to allow sharing of your music library...

Make sure your 360 is on and that you allow your computer to let the 360 connect to it....

Then use the 360 and select your computer, as it should be listed....

It's the firewall...you have to allow media player 11 and the 360 to go through the firewall software and it should work....just look up how to allow programs access using McAfee...

Or you could just get rid of McAfee.  There are better free programs like Antivir, Ad-Aware, and Spybot S&D.
