Mass Effect isn't a must but it's great.

Edit: Oh, yeah. Guitar Hero is a must.

The 360 Recommendation Thread - What Game Should I Get? Go there for your "must get game" needs :D, anyways...Dead Rising is Pretty good, Call of Duty4, and also Gears isnt that bad either.
