MW2 or L4D2?

I'm having a debate whether i should get Modern warfare 2 or Left 4 dead 2. I like both prequels so i have no idea what to get.

Suggestions are welcomed.

If you want L4D2, get it on Steam. Getting it on a console is worthless.

Mw2, because L4D2 will go lower in price faster than Mw2

He's a troll. Look at his user name. If you want a hardcore shooter, buy Unreal or Quake. Both Halo and Call of Duty are great series, and there's absolutely no reason to compare them all the time. Different subgenres, folks.

As for the whole MW2 or L4D2, I'd prefer L4D. Who doesn't love killing zombies, and Valve has a great history of adding on to their games. But if you do get it, you really should get it for PC. More content that way.:)

Your asking what to buy out of 2 games that have not yet been released....how is anyone really meant to be able to give you a concrete answer? :s

Guys..... why are you so mislead? MW2 is going to be the GAME OF THE YEAR! Get MW2, you will not be disappointed.

Gamestop is running a deal right now where you can trade in 2 games from a list on there website and get L4D2 for $20. This way I can get Modern Warfare 2 AND get L4D2. I'm gonna trade in COD WAW and Halo 3. I wish the offer applied to MW2 also but alas it does not. I might get Dragon Age Origins this way too, Prototype and L4D are on the trade in list and they're both very stale to me now.

L4D was a mod originaly for the PC picked up by valve and marketed for a full retail game.

In other words L4D was sapose to be a free game but Valve thought they could make money off it so they took over.

L4D has no where near the production values of MW2.

Ok, I pre-ordered both of them. I think mw 2 is going to be great, I'm not sure... BUT UNTIL ITS RELEASED, Shut your mouth about you WILL not be disapointed, You most likely won't, but you don't know it for sure, man. it's starting to annoy me.
