Ah, the good old unfounded naysaying. Your statement translates roughly to "I didn't like the other Modern Warfares for these reasons, so I assume I won't like this one for the same reasons." I'm looking forward to MW3, but I'll reserve judgement until I see more. It would be wise for you to do the same or you may miss out on a great game..The first gameplay trailer of MW# airs tommorow ...any predictions ?. Ironic that you would have a Halo helmet as a pic, though, seeing as how Bungie is the studio that proved that repackaging the same game over and over could make billions
i dont think itll show any multiplayer gameplay, itll be all campaign stuff, itll probably show some expolsions around the eiffel tower/big ben/other famous landmarks and then some really quick montage clips that we can barely see. thank god for rewind videos :L i am actually interested in this although i wish i wasnt. im much more excited for battlefield 3 but after playing some mw2 recently im actually looking forward to the next installment.

And you really expect some innovative breakthrough of a fps from this franchise? They're already counting your $60, keep drinking the kool-aid.if ur trolling then good job if not then u are a complete jackass call of duty 4, waw, mw2 and black ops were all slightly different unlike halo 3 and reach which were released three years apart and reach was a significant improvement over 3 in a load of ways ****RUNDMC94If you're speaking to me, I was referring to pile of duty in my post..not halo.
I think we can expect to see a huge change in visual's. It's being made by sledgehammer games and raven software along with like 20 or so of the people that are left at Infinity Ward, and i think Activision knows they have to do something big for Call of Duty to stay popular and the easiest thing to do is change how it looks, especially with location, i think we'll see more urban landscapes like a new york map. or along those lines.

The screenshots have been pretty damn nice. Looking forward to seeing the new graphics engine in motion. My predictions? Call of Duty fans are gonna love it, we'll be talking about it untill we see more at E3. The non-fans will have their usual reaction, "radarada tis be tuh year of teh battlefield 3 trollolol dis graphics looks lak gameboy LMAO same game evey year call of duty going downtowns radarada"

Yep, and come November they'll have my $60 because even if it's more of the same, it's still some of the best action out there.Regardless, we won't know what the game will offer until it is debuted.Don't worry, though, I'm sure your refusal to "drink the Kool-Aid" will be hard felt at Activision. You enjoy your statement, I'll enjoy the game.
[QUOTE="wwervin"] Black Ops IMO was a lot better than MW1 and 2.Xtatic324
Best comment i've seen all day. Right on point and you are 100% correct no matter what fanboy says.
no way! if you prefer black ops over cod4 then ur delusional for mw3 i hope they drop the stupid gimmicks, killstreaks, overload of perks, stupid extras like nova gas and noob tubes, and just put the focus on teamwork, gunplay, and smaller tactical maps.Pretty much looked like the over-the-top MW2 BS that they have turned the COD franchise into. It isn't even a war game anymore; it's pretty much an action movie made as a videogame. What the hell are the graphical improvements they said it was going to have? I know we haven't seen much, but even the action sequences they showed weren't impressive, considering 75% of them looked to be of the non-interactive type that they had in MW2.
Just saw it, looked terrible. I saw clearly rectangle pixelated orange beams for bullets, unacceptable.
BF3 has got my 65 bucks right now.
The trailer had nothing to do with any of your predictions; in fact, it didn't cover the multiplayer at all. There wasn't even enough there to make a gameplay judgement about the SP. Truth be told, I think it could have shown just about anything and you would have found a way to fit it to your assumption.Wow ...i was even more correct than i thought i would be

Same, it'll be a big refresher, I'm sure if Bf3 has as good marketing skills as Activision has, it'd win over sales

If you don't want the game--and you obviously don't--dont' play it. My point is, it seems like you've already made up your mind anyway, so the content of the trailer is essentially a moot point.Wow ...i was even more correct than i thought i would be
