Constant freezes are caused by overheating of the console, it may lead to hardware failure as nicknamed "RROD" sooner of later.

My best advice is keep the 360 ventilated with alot of air and dont play more then 20 Hours a day.

I'm no expert but, just leave it in a nice cool enviorment for a day or two. Let it take some rest. Though I think your 360 is in its dieing stages -hopefully not

nope i dont play more than 6 hours a day, not even 4 hours.

if ever it is really a hardware failure aka RROD, then why does it only freeze when I am to play Orangebox in it? not Gears, not R6 Vegas, not Halo3. hmm?

This is a similar case when I rented lost planet, except my 360 got the Red ring of death. I heard these kinds of issues are actually hardware related, I even heard someone gotten it when they played dynasty warriors, and that game looked like a PS2 game.

so what should i do? i am an early adopter of the said console, the warantee from best buy where i bought it is expired, this thing is only happening in the past couple of days. do i call Microsoft? do i have to pay again?

Yes Call MS...if not you should prolly trade your 360 in (if you don't have the warranty) and get a newer one.
