Seriously every time I try and use it I have to wait like 2-5 minutes for it to load up and connect to xbox live. Before the last big update it took about 5 seconds! Has this update ruined my 360 or something? :(

My friends 360 was really slow also, but mine is fine. So ya I dont really know

Go to the memory blade press Y for your HDD options, when it says Format or the other option I forget, PRESS X,X,LB,RB,X,X and it will delete the latest update. You have a corrupt update thats all. The next time you get on LIVE you have to install the update again, then it should work fine.

Mine seemed really slow just after the update as well, but it is fine now. Did you try and unplug your xbox for about 30 seconds to reset it?

I think it's only slow the first time you load the dashboard after the update. I noticed it too. There are probably some system files that are being loaded for the first time. But, after a couple of plays, my 360 dashboard is back up to normal speed. I didn't notice any effects on the games themselves.
