my 360 keeps overheating

my 360 keeps overheating even after i wait a day before i play it again.

does anyone have an idea why it keeps overheating or what i can do about it?

make sure it is in a well ventilated place... I keep mine vertical and I have never had a problem.

do you have a intercooler? if u have the nyko kills the 360...or maybe the place where u put it doesn't go to much air...

pour water on it...it'll work I swear... Naw just keep it in a well ventilated area and pause after every few hours of game play.

all 18004MYXBOX and get a replacement. The newer models don't overheat.

Keep it in a well ventilated space and maybe out a fan behind it.

keep it laying flat...and you can have a small fan from walmart blowing at it from the right side..so air flows through the machine......i always do this...and the back of my 360 always stays cool....barely warm at all....

oh, i almost forgot...dont buy one of those intercoolers either...it can melt to the back of the 360 and ruin your console
